Allen G. Ellis
Allen has spent the last 25 years building Kingdom relationships through his gift of the arts. Through plays and mime, he has the unique ability to create stories that are impactful and meaningful for people of all ages.
As the co-owner of Total Arts Theatre, he has written and directed several plays for various promoters, churches, groups and organizations.
In 2004, he founded Out The Box Mime Ministry as another tool to build Kingdom relationships. Although the ministry was rooted in the church with three members, it quickly transitioned to a father /daughter team and transcended beyond the walls of the church. He is the author of the book "MimeTalk" and hosts an annual MimeTalk conference aimed at developing communication skills through training in mime and arts ministries.

Allen is a native of Surry County, Virginia, and resides in Chesapeake, Virginia with his wife Mo’nique who manages the company’s day to day operations. He has three children Jazzmyn, Almoni and Machai and is a member of Mount Lebanon Baptist Church in Chesapeake, Virginia where Bishop Kim W. Brown is the pastor.
He travels around with his daughter Almoni presenting workshops and ministering through the art form of mime with Out The Box Mime. So whether it’s writing, directing, performing, managing or miming, you’re sure to find him somewhere using the gifts God has given him “Building Relationships From The Stage.”
